Fusion of Indian and Chinese Dry Chicken Dish
Instructions
- Mix All Purpose Flour or Maida, Beaten Egg (1), Ginger-Garlic Paste, Salt, Chilli Powder
- Add Chicken to this paste, Marinate and Fry
- Fry Onions Cut into Chunky Pieces, Capsicum Ginger and Garlic Pieces
- Add Soya Sauce and then Chicken
Notes
Can be substituted with Paneer or Potato
