Dry masala that can be served with chapathi
Instructions
- Marinate Tilapia with:Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder (1 tsp), Pepper Powder (1/3 tsp), Turmeric Powder, Fenugreek Leaves (1/2 tsp), Cumin Powder (1/4 tsp), Ground Shallots ((4), Garlic, Ginger, Vinegar (2 tsp), salt
- Fry Tilapia
- Heat Kadai. Add Coconut Oil
- Add Mustard Seeds
- Add chopped Shallots or Onions
- Add thinly sliced ginger, Green Chillies (7), Curry Leaves, Tomato Puree (2-3 tbsp), Tomato Ketchup, water, Chilli Powder (1/2 tsp), Salt
- Add Fish
