Instructions

  • Marinate Tilapia with:
    Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder (1 tsp), Pepper Powder (1/3 tsp), Turmeric Powder, Fenugreek Leaves (1/2 tsp), Cumin Powder (1/4 tsp), Ground Shallots ((4), Garlic, Ginger, Vinegar (2 tsp), salt
  • Fry Tilapia
  • Heat Kadai. Add Coconut Oil
  • Add Mustard Seeds
  • Add chopped Shallots or Onions
  • Add thinly sliced ginger, Green Chillies (7), Curry Leaves, Tomato Puree (2-3 tbsp), Tomato Ketchup, water, Chilli Powder (1/2 tsp), Salt
  • Add Fish
