Dry roasted mutton served with rasam or as a filling for pitta

Instructions

  • Cook mutton – set aside
  • In a pan, add finely chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste
  • Add cooked mutton
  • Add Turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, yogur, fried onions, garam masala
  • Cover and cook – set aside
  • In a Tawa, add ghee
  • Add Onion ,curry leaves, green chillies
  • Add cooked mutton and pepper powder
