Mutton cooked in Tawa
Dry roasted mutton served with rasam or as a filling for pitta
Instructions
- Cook mutton – set aside
- In a pan, add finely chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste
- Add cooked mutton
- Add Turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, yogur, fried onions, garam masala
- Cover and cook – set aside
- In a Tawa, add ghee
- Add Onion ,curry leaves, green chillies
- Add cooked mutton and pepper powder
