Instructions
- Wash chickpeas (4-5 cans) and sprinkle Baking Powder. Leave for 15 mins
- Add Salt (1/2 tsp), Chili Powder (1 tsp), Turmeric (1/2 tsp), Paprika (1/2 tsp), Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) to the Chickpeas and Pressure cook for 1 whistle
- Open and cook for a few more minutes. Add Coriander Leaves and Garam Masala
