Chicken Masala thickened with Coconut Milk

Instructions
- Marinate Chicken with Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Chilli Powder, little Coriander powder, fried onions, pepper-cumin powder.
- Heat Pan, add curry Leaves, Cinnamon, Cardamom
- Add Marinated Chicken and leave it open and cook
- Add Coconut Milk little by little till liquid has evaporated
Notes
Chicken can be substituted with Mutton or potato
This recipe was just AMAZING! It’s a really quick one and hardly took a few minutes to prepare the dish. Ideal for beginners who are still learning to cook.
