Instructions

  • Saute chopped onions (2 medium) till golden brown
  • Add Ginger (1 tbsp), Garlic (1 tbsp) and saute for a few minutes
  • Add Tomatoes (3/4 tin) and cook for about 1 min
  • Blitz the above mixture until smooth and cook for another minute or so
  • Add Salt and Chilli Powder
  • Add Paneer (1 packet) and cook for no more than a minute
  • Add Single cream (100 ml) and add milk until the curry is the thickness you require
  • Add Coriander and Garam Masala (1 tsp)
