Instructions

  • Fry Onions, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves
  • Add Ginger-Garlic pieces
  • Add Aubergine, Potato, Carrot, Cauliflower and Peas
  • Add finely chopped ginger
  • Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, Roasted Coriander-Cumin powder
  • Then ad tomatoes (2-3)
  • Cover and cook
