Instructions
- Fry Onions, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves
- Add Ginger-Garlic pieces
- Add Aubergine, Potato, Carrot, Cauliflower and Peas
- Add finely chopped ginger
- Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, Roasted Coriander-Cumin powder
- Then ad tomatoes (2-3)
- Cover and cook
