Instructions
- Add Cornflour (1 tbsp), Salt, Pepper Powder, Egg (1) to Chicken Thigh or Paneer and Fry
- Add Sesame oil to a pan. Add Cut Dried Fried Chillies, Chopped Ginger-Garlic, Onions, Capsicum, Spring Onions, Pepper Powder, Chilli Powder, Soya Sauce, Chilli-Garlic sauce, Sugar, Salt, Chicken or Vegetable Stock, Vinegar (1tsp)
- Add Chicken or Paneer and a spoonful of CornFlour
