Marinate Lamb Chops (12) in Ginger Paste (1 tsp), Greek Yogurt (3 tbsp), Salt and Kashmiri Chilli Powder (2 tsp) for about 30 minutes
Heat Ghee or oil in a pan. Add sliced Garlic (8). Then add marinated Lamb Chops till it browns slightly. Remove and set aside
Add Oil in a pan. Add Bay Leaves (2), Cardamon (2), Cloves (3), Cinnamon Stick (1). Add Sliced Onions (4) till caramelised. Add Ginger Garlic paste (2 tsp), Turmeric Powder (1 tsp), Chilli Powder (2 tsp), Coriander Powder (1 tsp), Cumin Powder (1 tsp), Tomato Puree (2 tsp). Add Salt.
Add marinated Lamb. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes.
Remove Cover and cook till gravy is thick
Add Single Cream (3 tsp), Lemon Juice (2 tsp) and Coriander Leaves
