Mutton Kulambu
Mutton Kulambu for Thosai and Rice
Simple mutton curry and accompany with Mutton Chuka
Instructions
- In a pan, add Bay leaves,, Cinnamon, cloves, cardamon, star anise, fennel seeds, curry leaves
- Add sliced small onions (20) and garlic pieces (5) and green chilly (2)
- Once soft, add little ginger garlic paste
- Then add turmeric powder (1 tsp), chilli powder (2 tsp), coriander powder (4 tsp), Mutton curry powder (2 tsp)
- Add 2 small tomatoes
- Once cooked, add Mutton bones
- Pressure cook till mutton is soft.
- Add finely ground coconut (1/2 cup), poppy seeds (1 tsp), fennel seeds (1 tsp)
- Add little tamarind paste
- Garnish with coriander leaves
