Spiced Minced Meat Masala

Instructions

  • Marinate Keema with Yogurt, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Heat Pan. Add Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick, Cumin Seeds, Onions (3)
  • Once Onions are brown, add Ginger-Garlic Paste, Green Chillies
  • Add Chilli Powder (1 tsp), Coriander Powder or Meat Curry Powder (2 tbsp), Cumin Powder (1 tsp)
  • Add Meat and mix till it is thoroughly coated
  • Add Tomatoes (2)
  • Cover and Cook for 20 mins
  • Add Green Chillies (2), Peas, Potatoes (optional). Cook for a further 10 minutes
  • Add Coconut Powder (2 tbsp), Garam Masala (1 tsp) and Coriander Leaves
  • Add Lemon Juice if needed.

Notes

Can be substituted for Minced Chicken
