Prawn Curry

Prawn Curry simmered in Coconut Milk served with Rice or Chapati

Instructions

  • Marinate Prawns with Salt and Turmeric for 15 mins and Rinse
  • Marinate Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Heat Pan, add Cumin Seeds, Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Add about 4-5 onions, Green Chillies (finely Chopped) – sauté till Soft
  • Add Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, (ground Cinnamon, Cloves and Pepper Powder)
  • Add Tomatoes (3). Cook till soft
  • Add Dry Kasturi Methi, Prawns, Capsicum
  • Lastly Add Coconut Milk (4-5 Tbsp), Coriander Leaves, Garam Masala
