Fiery Lamb Curry
Lamb Curry with lots of Dried Red Chillies served with Chapati or Rice
Instructions
- Soak Dried Red Chillies (20)
- Mix Yogurt (Whisk till smooth), with cumin seeds (2 tsp), Ground Coriander Powder (2 tsp), Chilli Powder, Salt
- Heat Ghee, add Cloves, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves, GreenBlack Cardamom
- Add Garlic (cut into Pieces)
- Add Onions and Cook till Golden Brown
- Stir in Meat. Cook for 2-3 Minutes
- Drain Soaked Red Chillies and Add to Pan. Cook for 10-12 minutes until liquid has evaporated
- Add Spiced Yogurt. Cook for Further 10-12 minutes until yogurt has evaporated
- Add Lamb Stock and Simmer
- Temper with Ghee, Cloves, Dried Red Chillies
- Finish with Coriander Leaves
