Fiery Lamb Curry

Lamb Curry with lots of Dried Red Chillies served with Chapati or Rice

Instructions

  • Soak Dried Red Chillies (20)
  • Mix Yogurt (Whisk till smooth), with cumin seeds (2 tsp), Ground Coriander Powder (2 tsp), Chilli Powder, Salt
  • Heat Ghee, add Cloves, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves, GreenBlack Cardamom
  • Add Garlic (cut into Pieces)
  • Add Onions and Cook till Golden Brown
  • Stir in Meat. Cook for 2-3 Minutes
  • Drain Soaked Red Chillies and Add to Pan. Cook for 10-12 minutes until liquid has evaporated
  • Add Spiced Yogurt. Cook for Further 10-12 minutes until yogurt has evaporated
  • Add Lamb Stock and Simmer
  • Temper with Ghee, Cloves, Dried Red Chillies
  • Finish with Coriander Leaves
