Radish Raita
Spiced Yogurt with Grated Radish
Instructions
- Grate White Radish. Squeeze out any moisture
- Cut Green Chillies and Ginger into tiny pieces
- Add the above to thick beaten yogurt
- Mix a little grated coconut, salt and sugar
- Heat pan. Add little oil. Add Mustard seeds, Urid Dal and curry Leaves
- Add to the yogurt mixture
Notes
Radish can be substituted with White Pumpkin. Peel Skin, cut into tiny pieces and half boil them. Follow the above recipe
