Radish Raita

Spiced Yogurt with Grated Radish

Instructions

  • Grate White Radish. Squeeze out any moisture
  • Cut Green Chillies and Ginger into tiny pieces
  • Add the above to thick beaten yogurt
  • Mix a little grated coconut, salt and sugar
  • Heat pan. Add little oil. Add Mustard seeds, Urid Dal and curry Leaves
  • Add to the yogurt mixture

Notes

Radish can be substituted with White Pumpkin. Peel Skin, cut into tiny pieces and half boil them. Follow the above recipe
