Radish Raita
Spiced Yogurt with Grated Radish

Instructions
Grate White Radish. Squeeze out any moisture
Cut Green Chillies and Ginger into tiny pieces
Add the above to thick beaten yogurt
Mix a little grated coconut, salt and sugar
Heat pan. Add little oil. Add Mustard seeds, Urid Dal and curry Leaves
Add to the yogurt mixture
Notes
Radish can be substituted with White Pumpkin. Peel Skin, cut into tiny pieces and half boil them. Follow the above recipe
