Beetroot Sukka Fry
Dry masala Vegetable fry
Instructions
- Peel BeetRoot and cut into small Pieces
- Boil them in water for a few mins
- Strain and let it cool
- In a Pan heat oil, Add a small piece of cinnamon and few pieces of garlic.. Now add Finely Cut onions and fry well
- Add turmeric, Chilly Powder
- Now add the Half boiled beetroot, saute well. Add salt
- Grind Coconut, pepper, Jeera and little fennel powder (do not grind to fine paste)
- Add this to beetroot and fry well
- Add lots of curry leaves and fry till it is dry
