Instructions

  • Peel BeetRoot and cut into small Pieces
  • Boil them in water for a few mins
  • Strain and let it cool
  • In a Pan heat oil, Add a small piece of cinnamon and few pieces of garlic..
    Now add Finely Cut onions and fry well
  • Add turmeric, Chilly Powder
  • Now add the Half boiled beetroot, saute well. Add salt
  • Grind Coconut, pepper, Jeera and little fennel powder (do not grind to fine paste)
  • Add this to beetroot and fry well
  • Add lots of curry leaves and fry till it is dry
