Vegetable Wrap with Cheese

Made from a variety of Vegetables and served hot

Instructions

  • Mix a tin of sweetcorn, Capsicum, Red Onions, Green Chillies, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Jalapeno Peppers, Basil Leaves (all Finely Cut)
    Optional: Olives, Cherry Tomatoes
  • Add little sweet chilli sauce, salt to taste, splash of tobasco sauce, Shredded Cheese
  • Take a Tortilla and place it on a hot pan. Layer the above filling on the tortilla. Place another tortilla on top of the filling. Press it. Turn it over and cut into pizza slices when ready.
  • Or you can add the filling on top of Pitta Bread and grill it in the oven.
  • Or you can have it as a sandwich
