Spicy Prawn Masala
Spicy Masala that goes well with Chapathi
Instructions
- Marinate Prawns with Salt, Turmeric (1/2 tsp), Chilli Powder (1 tsp), Coriander Powder (2 tsp), Ginger Garlic Paste, Garam Masala Powder (1/2 tsp), Pepper Powder (1 tsp)
- Heat Oil in a Pan and add the Marinated Prawns. Cook for about 10 minutes. Remove the Cooked Prawns and leave any remaining liquid in the pan
- Add Cinnamon Sticks (1 inch), Fennel Seeds (1 tsp), Cardamom (2)
- Add Chopped Onions (1 Large) and Curry Leaves
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste
- Add Chilli Powder (1 tsp), Coriander Powder (1 tsp), Turmeric Powder (1/2 tsp), Garam Masala (1/2 tsp), Pepper Powder (1 tsp)
- Add Chopped Tomatoes (2). Cover and Cook
- Add Cooked Prawns and Chopped Capsicum.
- Option to add Coconut Powder and Lemon Juice
