Marinate Prawns with Salt, Turmeric (1/2 tsp), Chilli Powder (1 tsp), Coriander Powder (2 tsp), Ginger Garlic Paste, Garam Masala Powder (1/2 tsp), Pepper Powder (1 tsp)
Heat Oil in a Pan and add the Marinated Prawns. Cook for about 10 minutes. Remove the Cooked Prawns and leave any remaining liquid in the pan
Add Cinnamon Sticks (1 inch), Fennel Seeds (1 tsp), Cardamom (2)
Add Chopped Onions (1 Large) and Curry Leaves
Add Ginger Garlic Paste
Add Chilli Powder (1 tsp), Coriander Powder (1 tsp), Turmeric Powder (1/2 tsp), Garam Masala (1/2 tsp), Pepper Powder (1 tsp)
Add Chopped Tomatoes (2). Cover and Cook
Add Cooked Prawns and Chopped Capsicum.
Option to add Coconut Powder and Lemon Juice
