Instructions

  • Marinate Chicken pieces with Yogurt, Ginger-Garlic paste and Chilli powder for 1/2 hour
  • Heat Oil in a pan and add Black Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon and Cloves
  • Add ground Ginger-Garlick paste for a couple of minutes
  • Add Chopped Onions and ground Green chillies
  • Once Onions are cooked, add chopped Tomatoes
  • Once Tomatoes are cooked, add Turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder, Garam Masala and Chicken Kadai Masala
  • Add Marinated Chicken and let it cook for sometime
  • Add Salt when Chicken is 1/2 cooked, otherwise it will leave water.
  • Cook till Chicken is tender. Add water if gravy is too think
