Served best with toasted naan or roti
Instructions
- Marinate Chicken pieces with Yogurt, Ginger-Garlic paste and Chilli powder for 1/2 hour
- Heat Oil in a pan and add Black Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon and Cloves
- Add ground Ginger-Garlick paste for a couple of minutes
- Add Chopped Onions and ground Green chillies
- Once Onions are cooked, add chopped Tomatoes
- Once Tomatoes are cooked, add Turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder, Garam Masala and Chicken Kadai Masala
- Add Marinated Chicken and let it cook for sometime
- Add Salt when Chicken is 1/2 cooked, otherwise it will leave water.
- Cook till Chicken is tender. Add water if gravy is too think
