Marinate Chicken pieces with Yogurt, Ginger-Garlic paste and Chilli powder for 1/2 hour
Heat Oil in a pan and add Black Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon and Cloves
Add ground Ginger-Garlick paste for a couple of minutes
Add Chopped Onions and ground Green chillies
Once Onions are cooked, add chopped Tomatoes
Once Tomatoes are cooked, add Turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder, Garam Masala and Chicken Kadai Masala
Add Marinated Chicken and let it cook for sometime
Add Salt when Chicken is 1/2 cooked, otherwise it will leave water.
Cook till Chicken is tender. Add water if gravy is too think
