Healthy Banana Chocolate Bar
Healthy snack using chocolates and bananas
Instructions
- Mas bananas (3 or 1 cup) in a bowl
- Add Coconut Sugar (1/3 cup), Butter (3 tbsp), Unsweetened almond milk or any milk (2 tbsp), egg (1), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp). Mix till it is well blended
- In a separate bowl, stir together whole wheat flour (3/4 cup), Baking soda (1/2 tsp), ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp), Nutmeg (1/8 tsp), salt (1/4 tsp)
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture
- Add chopped Dark Chocolate (1/3 cup) to the mix.
- Pour the mixture into a baking tin. Sprinkle more chopped Dark chocolate on top (2 tbsp) and bake for about 20-25 mins at 180 degrees.
- Cool and cut into squares
