Spring Roll made from vegetables and Shredded Chicken
Instructions
- Cook finely chopped Carrots, Beans, Cabbage with Salt. Set aside
- Cook Chicken with Ginger-Garlic paste, Chilli Powder, Turmeric. Once cooked, shred chicken. Set aside
- Heat Oil in a pan and add finely chopped Spring Onions
- Add cooked vegetables and chicken
- Add Soya Sauce, Msg (optional)
- Once cooled, fill spring roll pastry and roll
- You can either freeze or shallow fry them immediately
