South Indian Style Mutton Biryani

Instructions

  • Grind Green Chillies, Ginger-Garlic, Fennel, Cinnamon, Cumin, Cloves, Kasa Kasa, Cardamom, Salt
  • Marinate Mutton with ground masala and Yogurt
  • Heat Oil and add Cinnamon, Cardamom
  • Add sliced Onions
  • Add chopped Tomatoes, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves
  • Add marinated Mutton and cook till mutton is tender

Rice

  • Heat Pan and fry Rice
  • Boil Water enough for Rice to cook
  • Add the cooked Mutton. Cover till Rice is cooked
  • Fry Cinnamon, Black Cumin Seeds, Cardamom, Cloves in Ghee. Spread it on top
