South Indian Style Mutton Biryani
Instructions
- Grind Green Chillies, Ginger-Garlic, Fennel, Cinnamon, Cumin, Cloves, Kasa Kasa, Cardamom, Salt
- Marinate Mutton with ground masala and Yogurt
- Heat Oil and add Cinnamon, Cardamom
- Add sliced Onions
- Add chopped Tomatoes, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves
- Add marinated Mutton and cook till mutton is tender
Rice
- Heat Pan and fry Rice
- Boil Water enough for Rice to cook
- Add the cooked Mutton. Cover till Rice is cooked
- Fry Cinnamon, Black Cumin Seeds, Cardamom, Cloves in Ghee. Spread it on top
