Tamarind Curry made with Curry Leaves

Instructions

  • Grind Curry Leaves (lots), Chilli Powder (2 tsp), Coriander Powder ( 4 tsp), Pepper, Garlic
  • Add Tamarind Pulp to the above paste. Set aside
  • Heat Oil in a pan and add Fenugreek Seeds
  • Add chopped Garlic and the above paste
  • Cook till it is thick
