Curry Leaves Kolambu
Tamarind Curry made with Curry Leaves
Instructions
- Grind Curry Leaves (lots), Chilli Powder (2 tsp), Coriander Powder ( 4 tsp), Pepper, Garlic
- Add Tamarind Pulp to the above paste. Set aside
- Heat Oil in a pan and add Fenugreek Seeds
- Add chopped Garlic and the above paste
- Cook till it is thick
