Cook finely chopped Carrots, Beans, Cabbage with Salt. Set aside
Cook Chicken with Ginger-Garlic paste, Chilli Powder, Turmeric. Once cooked, shred chicken. Set aside
Heat Oil in a pan and add finely chopped Spring Onions
Add cooked vegetables and chicken
Add Soya Sauce, Msg (optional)
Once cooled, fill spring roll pastry and roll
You can either freeze or shallow fry them immediately
