Chicken Spring Roll

Spring Roll made from vegetables and Shredded Chicken

Instructions

  • Cook finely chopped Carrots, Beans, Cabbage with Salt. Set aside
  • Cook Chicken with Ginger-Garlic paste, Chilli Powder, Turmeric. Once cooked, shred chicken. Set aside
  • Heat Oil in a pan and add finely chopped Spring Onions
  • Add cooked vegetables and chicken
  • Add Soya Sauce, Msg (optional)
  • Once cooled, fill spring roll pastry and roll
  • You can either freeze or shallow fry them immediately
