  • Heat Oil and add Mustard Seeds, Urid Dal
  • Add Small Onions, Tomatoes
  • Add chopped Peerkangai (Ridge Gourd), Green Chillies or Chilli Powder
  • Add boiled Moong Dal (1/4 cup)
  • Add boiled Potato (1) and Coriander Leaves
