Vegetable korma using 9 varieties of vegetables
Instructions
- Cooked the below chopped vegetables:Potato, Sweet Potato, Avarakai (Broad Beans), Pumpkin, Green Mochai, Karunakilangu, Vazhakai (Raw Banana), Peas, Sorakai with Turmeric. Set aside(You can add any available vegetables)
- Fry Dried Red Chilly, Coriander Seeds, Coconut, Cumin Seeds (optional) separately. Grind
- Add the paste to the cooked vegetables.
- Temper with Mustard Seeds and Urid Dal
