Goosberry (Nellika) Pickle
Spicy and tangy pickle
Instructions
- Cook Nellikai in Idly Pan till soft. (note: it should not get mushy)
- Remove seed and grind coarsely
- Heat pan and add Gingelly oil. Add Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds and Asafetoda
- Add Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder
- Add Nellikai and cook till dry
- Add Jaggery and Salt
