Gunpowder served with Idly or Dosa
Instructions
- Fry the below ingredients separately:Dried Red Chillies (250g)Chana Dal (1cup)Urid Dal (2 cups)Asafetida (1-2 tsp)Ellu/Sesame (50g) – optionalCurry Leaves (1 handful) – optional
- Grind the above with salt
- Add Garlic (10) and grind coarsely – optional

Repeat above but add extra curry leaves, no asafetida, no garlic and little less chilly
