Goosberry (Nellika) Pickle

Spicy and tangy pickle

Instructions

  • Cook Nellikai in Idly Pan till soft. (note: it should not get mushy)
  • Remove seed and grind coarsely
  • Heat pan and add Gingelly oil. Add Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds and Asafetoda
  • Add Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder
  • Add Nellikai and cook till dry
  • Add Jaggery and Salt
