Simple Vegetable Coconut Stew
Instructions
- Soak Mochai in hot water for an hour and remove skin
- Pressure Cook chopped Vazhakai (1), chopped Onion (1), chopped Green Chilli (according to taste). Do not overcook
- Grind Coconut and Fennel Seeds
- Add the Coconut paste to the Cooked Vegetables
- Garnish with Mustard and Curry Leaves
