Mochai and Vazhakai Kootu

Simple Vegetable Coconut Stew

Instructions

  • Soak Mochai in hot water for an hour and remove skin
  • Pressure Cook chopped Vazhakai (1), chopped Onion (1), chopped Green Chilli (according to taste). Do not overcook
  • Grind Coconut and Fennel Seeds
  • Add the Coconut paste to the Cooked Vegetables
  • Garnish with Mustard and Curry Leaves
