Tomato Chutney with Pepper and Chilli
best served with Idly or Dosa
Instructions
- Fry Pepper (2 tsp), Dried Red Chilli (2), Fenugreek seeds (1/4 tsp) in a tsp of oil. Keep aside
- Saute Tomatoes (3) till done
- First Grind the dry ingredients and then add the tomatoes
- Temper with Mustard Seeds, Urid Dal and Curry Leaves
