Fried South Indian snack with Coconut Filling

Instructions

  • Mix Ground Coconut (1 cup), Sugar (to taste), Salt (pinch). Set aside
  • Mix Plain Flour (Maida) with water till smooth
  • Roll the Coconut Mixture into balls. Dip it in the Flour mixture and Fry
  • Serve hot
