Mochai and Vazhakai Kootu
Simple Vegetable Coconut Stew

Soak Mochai in hot water for an hour and remove skin
Pressure Cook chopped Vazhakai (1), chopped Onion (1), chopped Green Chilli (according to taste). Do not overcook
Grind Coconut and Fennel Seeds
Add the Coconut paste to the Cooked Vegetables
Garnish with Mustard and Curry Leaves
