Dried Cabbage Masala
Instructions
- Fry PottuKadalai (Roasted Gram) for a couple of minutes. Remove and Grind to a smooth paste. Keep aside
- Fry Kasa Kasa (1 tsp). Add Cinnamon and then Fennel. Remove from heat. Grind
- Fry Coconut (3 tbsp). Remove from heat. Grind
- Steam Chopped Cabbage till soft. Drain excess water. Grind coarsely. Add Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder and ground Coconut. Set aside
- In a pan, add finely chopped onions (5), chopped garlic (4), chopped cashew nuts(10). Fry for a couple of minutes till onions are soft
- Add the cabbage mix and salt. Fry till it is very dry and dark brown. This will take about 20/30 minutes.
- Add the Pottukadalai mix and Cinnamon spice mix.

Can be substituted with Minced Meat
