Cabbage Sundi

Instructions
Fry PottuKadalai (Roasted Gram) for a couple of minutes. Remove and Grind to a smooth paste. Keep aside
Fry Kasa Kasa (1 tsp). Add Cinnamon and then Fennel. Remove from heat. Grind
Fry Coconut (3 tbsp). Remove from heat. Grind
Steam Chopped Cabbage till soft. Drain excess water. Grind coarsely. Add Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder and ground Coconut. Set aside
In a pan, add finely chopped onions (5), chopped garlic (4), chopped cashew nuts(10). Fry for a couple of minutes till onions are soft
Add the cabbage mix and salt. Fry till it is very dry and dark brown. This will take about 20/30 minutes.
Add the Pottukadalai mix and Cinnamon spice mix.
Notes
Can be substituted with Minced Meat
