Mutton Kurma

Coconut and Cashew Nut based Mutton Gravy

Instructions

  • Marinate Mutton with Yogurt and Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Heat oil in a Pan and add finely cut Onions (2)
  • Add chopped Green Chillies and Ginger-Garlic paste
  • Add Marinated Mutton. Cook for a couple of minutes
  • Add Coriander Powder (2 tsp)
  • Add Water from Soaked Rice
  • Cook till Mutton is tender
  • In a another pan, fry Kasa Kasa, Cashew Nuts, Pottu Kadalai,(Roasted Gram) and Coconut till brown. Grind
  • Temper with Cinnamon, Fennel, Small Onions
  • Add Lemon Juice if required.
