Mutton Kurma
Coconut and Cashew Nut based Mutton Gravy
Instructions
- Marinate Mutton with Yogurt and Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Heat oil in a Pan and add finely cut Onions (2)
- Add chopped Green Chillies and Ginger-Garlic paste
- Add Marinated Mutton. Cook for a couple of minutes
- Add Coriander Powder (2 tsp)
- Add Water from Soaked Rice
- Cook till Mutton is tender
- In a another pan, fry Kasa Kasa, Cashew Nuts, Pottu Kadalai,(Roasted Gram) and Coconut till brown. Grind
- Temper with Cinnamon, Fennel, Small Onions
- Add Lemon Juice if required.
