Spicy Tamarind Curry
Instructions
- Heat Oil in a Pan. Fry Small Onions (20), chopped Garlic (7), Curry Leaves and chopped Tomatoes (2)
- Add Chilli Powder (1 tsp), Coriander Powder (3 tsp), Turmeric Powder (1 tsp)
- Add Tamarind pulp and Jaggery
- Temper with Karuvadagam
Notes
You can add any of the below Vegetables:
Small Brinjal, Mochai Kottai, Coconut Pieces, Drumstick, Pumpkin, Lady’s finger, Karunakilangu.
PS: If you have added Karunakilangu, remove it using strainer once cooked. In a pan, heat oil and add finely chopped Onions. Add the Karunakilangu. Fry till Dry
