Green Chilly Sambhar
Lentil based stew served best with Idly or Dosa
Instructions
- In a pan, fry some Small Onions and Green Chillies
- Add crushed Peppercorns (1 tsp) and Cumin Powder (1 tsp).
- Add Toor Dal and Pressure Cook
- Once Cooked at little Tamarind Juice
- Season with Dried Red chillies, Mustard Seeds, Urid Dal, Cumin Seeds, Ground Coconut (Optional)
