Marinate Mutton with Yogurt and Ginger-Garlic Paste
Heat oil in a Pan and add finely cut Onions (2)
Add chopped Green Chillies and Ginger-Garlic paste
Add Marinated Mutton. Cook for a couple of minutes
Add Coriander Powder (2 tsp)
Add Water from Soaked Rice
Cook till Mutton is tender
In a another pan, fry Kasa Kasa, Cashew Nuts, Pottu Kadalai,(Roasted Gram) and Coconut till brown. Grind
Temper with Cinnamon, Fennel, Small Onions
Add Lemon Juice if required.
