Green Chilly Sambhar
Lentil based stew served best with Idly or Dosa

In a pan, fry some Small Onions and Green Chillies
Add crushed Peppercorns (1 tsp) and Cumin Powder (1 tsp).
Add Toor Dal and Pressure Cook
Once Cooked at little Tamarind Juice
Season with Dried Red chillies, Mustard Seeds, Urid Dal, Cumin Seeds, Ground Coconut (Optional)
