Instructions

  • Fry Coriander Seeds (250g) in a pan slowly until seeds are crunchy. Remove
  • Fry Dried Red Chillies till slightly brown (25). Remove
  • Fry Peppercorns (50g). Remove
  • Fry Cumin Seeds (60g). Remove
  • Fry Chana Dal (15-20g). Remove
  • Fry Fenugreek Seeds (15-20g). Remove
  • Once Cooled, grind together and store in an airtight Container
