Ground Masala Powder used for Sambhar or Rasam
Instructions
- Fry Coriander Seeds (250g) in a pan slowly until seeds are crunchy. Remove
- Fry Dried Red Chillies till slightly brown (25). Remove
- Fry Peppercorns (50g). Remove
- Fry Cumin Seeds (60g). Remove
- Fry Chana Dal (15-20g). Remove
- Fry Fenugreek Seeds (15-20g). Remove
- Once Cooled, grind together and store in an airtight Container
