Fry Coriander Seeds (250g) in a pan slowly until seeds are crunchy. Remove
Fry Dried Red Chillies till slightly brown (25). Remove
Fry Peppercorns (50g). Remove
Fry Cumin Seeds (60g). Remove
Fry Chana Dal (15-20g). Remove
Fry Fenugreek Seeds (15-20g). Remove
Once Cooled, grind together and store in an airtight Container
