Chutney for Tamarind Rice

Instructions

  • Fry Dried Red Chilly (4), Urid Dal (2 tbsp), Tamarind (small lime size), Coconut (8 tbsp), Asafetida (1/4 tsp) separately
  • Grind Dried Red Chilly and Tamarind first
  • Then add the rest of the ingredients and grind coarsely. Add salt to taste
