Malaysian Crepe served with Malaysian Curry
Instructions
- Mix Plain flour (1kg), Salt, Coconut Milk (4 to 6 cups), Yellow Colour Powder (optional), Egg (1 – optional). Note: Evaporated Milk can be substituted for Coconut Milk or a combination of both.
- Blend the above mixture till smooth. Consistency should be like single cream. Add more Coconut Milk if required.
- Mix little butter and oil in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Pour the mixture in a bowl. Use Roti Jala cup strainer and spread like a crepe in a hot pan.
- Dip the oil and butter mix on the crepe using pandan leaves preferably.
- After a couple of minutes, fold the crepe into a triangle and remove
- Serve hot with Malaysian Curry
