Thayir (Yogurt) Bread
Similar to Thayir Vadai but using Bread instead
Instructions
- Cut bread into round shape and set aside
- Mix thick yogurt with salt and sugar. Refrigerate
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard seeds, White Urad dhal, little jeera and small onions (cut lengthwise). Fry and let it cool once done
- Add this to the Yogurt mixture
- Layer the bread in a dish and pour the Yogurt mixture covering all the bread pieces.
- Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Grated carrot. Serve Immediately
Notes
This should be served immediately as the bread will get soggy if left for too long.
