Thayir (Yogurt) Bread
Similar to Thayir Vadai but using Bread instead

Instructions
Cut bread into round shape and set aside
Mix thick yogurt with salt and sugar. Refrigerate
Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard seeds, White Urad dhal, little jeera and small onions (cut lengthwise). Fry and let it cool once done
Add this to the Yogurt mixture
Layer the bread in a dish and pour the Yogurt mixture covering all the bread pieces.
Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Grated carrot. Serve Immediately
Notes
This should be served immediately as the bread will get soggy if left for too long.
