South Indian Crab Masala
Spicy Crab Masala best served with Crab Rasam and Rice
Instructions
- Heat Oil in Pan. Add Karuvadagam (if not available, add mustard seeds)
- Add Curry leaves and Slit Green Chillies (2)
- Add finely chopped Onions (4). Cook till brown
- Add Ginger-Garlic Paste. Fry for a couple of minutes
- Add Chilli Powder (3 -4 tsp), Turmeric Powder (1 tsp), Coriander Powder (3 tsp)
- Fry for a couple of minutes
- Add Finely chopped tomatoes (4-5). Cook till it is mashed
- Add Crab, Coconut Powder (3 tsp), Fennel Powder (1-2 tsp)
- Cook till masala becomes Thick and Dark
- Finish with Coriander Leaves and little Tomato Ketchup
