Heat Oil in Pan. Add Karuvadagam (if not available, add mustard seeds)
Add Curry leaves and Slit Green Chillies (2)
Add finely chopped Onions (4). Cook till brown
Add Ginger-Garlic Paste. Fry for a couple of minutes
Add Chilli Powder (3 -4 tsp), Turmeric Powder (1 tsp), Coriander Powder (3 tsp)
Fry for a couple of minutes
Add Finely chopped tomatoes (4-5). Cook till it is mashed
Add Crab, Coconut Powder (3 tsp), Fennel Powder (1-2 tsp)
Cook till masala becomes Thick and Dark
Finish with Coriander Leaves and little Tomato Ketchup
